LeadSweeper — Refund & Rescrape Policy

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of LeadSweeper, all sales are final once the Product has been downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, failure to use the Product, or dissatisfaction with the data collected.

One Free Rescrape

Every purchase of LeadSweeper includes one complimentary rescrape of up to 5,000 contacts. You may use your free rescrape if:

— Your first scrape returned a lower-than-expected number of valid contacts due to a narrow targeting query — You want to target a different keyword, account, or location than your original scrape — A technical issue during your first scrape caused incomplete or corrupted results

To claim your free rescrape, email us at the address provided in your purchase confirmation with the subject line "Rescrape Request" and include the following:

— Your Gumroad order number — Your original targeting criteria (keyword, account, or location used) — Your new targeting criteria (if changing targets)

Rescrape requests must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after 60 days will not be honored.

Your free rescrape is a one-time courtesy. Only one rescrape is included per purchase regardless of outcome. Additional scrapes beyond your original 5,000 and your one free rescrape are not included and may be available as a separate purchase if offered in the future.

Technical Issues

If LeadSweeper fails to function due to a verified technical defect on our end and we are unable to resolve the issue or fulfill your rescrape, we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion.

Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, you forfeit your rescrape credit and any future support. We ask that you reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue directly.
