LeadSweeper — Terms of Service

By purchasing and using LeadSweeper ("the Product"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Product.

1. License & Usage

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use LeadSweeper for personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to the Product with any third party.

2. What You're Buying

LeadSweeper is a one-time purchase that provides access to scrape up to 5,000 contact records (emails and phone numbers) from publicly available Instagram profile data. No recurring charges apply to this purchase. Additional credit packs, if offered in the future, are sold separately.

3. Data & Compliance

You are solely responsible for how you use the data collected through LeadSweeper. This includes compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, and any other data privacy or electronic communications laws. We do not guarantee that collected data is accurate, current, or complete. We are not liable for any legal consequences arising from your use of the data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadSweeper to:

— Harass, stalk, threaten, or harm any individual — Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law — Collect data on minors — Violate Instagram's Terms of Service (you assume all risk associated with platform enforcement) — Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal

5. No Guarantees on Platform Access

LeadSweeper interacts with publicly available data on Instagram. We make no guarantee that Instagram or any third-party platform will permit continued access. If Instagram changes its systems, APIs, or policies in a way that limits or blocks the Product's functionality, no refund will be issued.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Product has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Product from functioning, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall LeadSweeper, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadSweeper, its creator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Product or violation of these Terms.
